Shirley Ferrell, age 86, of Byhalia, Mississippi, went home to be with the Lord, June 23, 2024. She was the daughter of Charlie and Wilma Lee of Somerville, Tennessee. She leaves behind four sisters, Sylvia Brewer of Whiteville, TN,  Bonnie Stahl, of Memphis, Kay Bishop and Wanda Bishop both of Hickory Valley,TN;  also one brother, Ronnie Lee of Whiteville.

She was employed at Landau Uniforms for 10 years. After retirement, she enjoyed being a homemaker and gardening. She was a faithful Christian of Brookside Baptist Church in Olive Branch, Mississippi.

She is survived by her husband Thomas Ferrell and two children, Jackie Skelton of Byhaila, Mississippi and a son, Jeff Gann of Bullard, Texas. She also leaves behind three step children, Marsha Perkins, Michael Rider, and Jerry Ferrell; two grandchildren, Breanna Ennis and Justin Mitchell; also four great grand children, Conner, Kynlee, Adelyn, and River.

She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Joe Lee and Rickey Lee and a son, James Bobbitt.

Funeral service for Shirley will be held June 26th at Forest Hill Funeral Home. Visitation will be at 1:00 pm and service at 2:00 pm.
