Shirley Miller Hargis, 88, formerly of Memphis, TN passed away peacefully on Monday, December 12, 2016. She is preceded by her loving husband of 56 years James Cawood Hargis and by her daughter Michele Leigh Hargis. She leaves two daughters, Jami (David) Bodkin of Memphis TN and Rande (Skip) Hippchen of Cincinnati, OH. Also, 4 grandchildren: David Bodkin (Amy) Navarre, FL, Amanda Bodkin of Memphis, TN, James Hippchen (Kristin) of Collinsville, IL and Steven Hippchen of Cincinnati, OH and 3 great grandchildren. She was a loving wife and mother and a good friend to many. We will miss her greatly. Service will be at 2:00 pm Saturday, January 7, 2016 at Graceview Presbyterian Church.
