Shirley Ann Tyler, 81, passed away on Saturday, February 2, 2019.  The widow of Daniel Tyler, she is survived by two daughters, Pamela Stocks (Mike) and Kim Chandler; three brothers, Curtis Thaxton, Howard Thaxton (Louise), and David Thaxton;  two sisters, Marvine Dortch and Susie Thomasson (Michael); and dear friends, Eddie and Linda Jordan.

Shirley was a teacher's aide for many years. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Family and friends will gather to share memories at 12 p.m. on Thursday, followed by services at 2 p.m.  Both will be held at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park-Midtown.  Burial will be at Forest Hill South Cemetery. (901) 775-0310
