Shirley L. Wilson, 76 went to be with the Lord Monday December 7, 2015. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Alvin Wilson; daughter, Sonja Wilson; daughter, Cindy Wilson; grandson, Rodney Phillips; great-grandson, Ethan Phillips; and sister, June Cooper (Gene). Mrs. Wilson was the sweetest person and was always helping others, especially her children. She has always told her family, "If you can't say anything nice, then don't say anything at all." The family will receive friends from 12-2 pm Thursday December 10, 2015 with a funeral service to follow at 2:00. All services and interment will be held at Forest Hill, South on Holmes Rd.
