Sophia Gregory Lowe, 98, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Diversicare Nursing Home. She was born in Attala County, MS on December 2, 1922. Mrs. Lowe was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Mr. Harry M. Lowe, twin sister, Mrs. Lucille Cohan, and her brother, Mr. Sammy Gregory. She is survived by many beloved nieces and nephews. She was a member of Whitehaven Baptist Church since October 16, 1960, during which time she served on the Youth Committee and as Secretary for the Youth and Young Adult Sunday School / Training Union Department, and was a dedicated Church Librarian for over 30 years.
