Steve Allen Moffitt, 62, of Oakland, TN, and formerly of Memphis, TN, went to be with the Lord on August 26, 2016. He was the general manager at AirDraulics and a member of Bellevue Baptist Church. Mr. Moffitt was an avid golfer and outdoorsman. He enjoyed being on his boat, "T-Time", so much that he called it his happy place. Mr. Moffitt is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Teresa Taylor Moffitt; daughter and her husband, Mindy and Sam Walker; son and his wife, Keith Allen and Nikki Moffitt; his parents, Bud and Colleen Moffitt; father and mother in law, Jerry and Carolyn Taylor; two brothers, Larry and his wife, Karen Moffitt and Brent Moffitt; his sister and her husband, Teresa and Tim Carroll; and two grandchildren, Hendrix Hall and Payne Allen Walker. Visitation will be 12 noon, Monday, August 29 until service begins at 2 p.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, East with interment following. The family request memorials be sent to St. Jude Children''s Research Hospital
