Steven M. Geater, 59, of Bartlett, TN, passed from this life on July 1, 2013. He was a Master Technician at Bud Davis Cadillac for many years and a member of Cordova Church of Christ and former member and deacon of Stage Road Church of Christ. Mr. Geater is survived by his wife of 35 years, Cindy Geater; daughters, Ashley Strickland of Southaven, MS; Lauren Stewart of Memphis, TN; brother, Andy Geater of Troy, MI; and four grandchildren, Corbin Mayfield, Danni Strickland, Charlee Mayfield, and Dean Strickland. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home, with family receiving friends an hour prior and interment following. The family requests any memorials be sent to Fishers of Men Ministry at the Cordova Church of Christ.
