Stephen Roy Perkins, 64, of Bartlett, TN passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2018. Mr. Perkins was preceded in death by his father, S/Sgt. Robert Lee Perkins and his grandparents, Plummer and Katie White. He is survived by his mother, Cordelle Perkins and his sister, Melissa Lee. Mr. Perkins was a special, deaf man who was loved very much by his family. A visitation will be held Monday, May 7, 2018 from 10am-12pm with a funeral service to follow at 12:00. All services and interment will be held at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park, East on Whitten Rd.
