Eva Sue Heath was born on November 23, 1934, in Chalybeate, Mississippi. She passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, May 16th, with family by her side.

Public visitation will be held at Forest Hill Funeral Home, 2440 Whitten Rd., Memphis, Tennessee, Tuesday, May 21st between 1:00 - 2:00 p.m., Services to follow at 2:00 p.m.

Sue was preceded in death by her husband and sweetheart, Ray Eugene Heath, Sr., married sixty-six years, father, W. Powell Wilbanks, her mother Daisy L. Flake, her son, Ray Eugene Heath, Jr. and her seven brothers and three sisters.

Sue leaves behind her son, Alan Heath (Tina), grandchildren, Christine Heath Essary (Robert), Jason Heath, Amanda Cockrum (James), Brian Heath (Chelsee), and Robert "Bobby" Heath.  Great-grandchildren Alicia Herbert (David), Christopher Miller (Kayla), Caleb Heath, Connor Heath, Isabella Heath, Zachary Cockrum, Troy Heath. Great-great-granddaughter Amelia Herbert and a great-great grandson on the way.

Sue was dedicated to her family, raising 2 boys with her husband Ray and helping raise every one of her grandchildren and even several of her great grandchildren as her health allowed. She worked at Sears and Roebuck for many years in the bookkeeping department. Sue also served and volunteered in her Church of nearly 50 years.

She will be greatly missed.

In lieu of flowers, the family recommends sending in memory donations to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Sue's church Bartlett Hills Baptist Church on Ellendale Road in Bartlett, Tennessee.
