Sue Frances Harmon Taylor, 82 passed away on Monday, June 19, 2023 after a brief illness.

Sue was born March 6, 1941 in Greenwood, MS to the late G.V. and Essie Harmon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Owen of 63 years; her daughter, Ronda; and her brothers, Hilton Harmon, Bill Harmon, and Bobby Harmon.

She is survived by two sons, Barry Taylor (Lisa) and Johnny Taylor (Marilyn); one brother, Jimmy Harmon; six granddaughters, Lauren, Natalie (Chris), Rachel, Breeana (Brandon), Abby, and Hayley; seven great grandchildren; and her loving neighbors, Claire and Danny Hatcher.

Sue grew up in Caledonia before moving to Memphis in 1953 where she met her husband, Owen and started a family. She worked at Sears for many years before retiring to Heber Springs, AR, enjoying life on the Little Red River. In 1995, Sue and Owen moved back to the Memphis area to be closer to their children and grandchildren who became the focus of her life.

Sue was a devoted Christian and a long-time member of First Baptist Church, Collierville.
