Tay Mayo Turman, 62, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2022 in Memphis, TN. He leaves behind his wife, Doris Turman; daughter, Tasha Turman; mother, Beverly Turman; sister, Sonja Robbins and a number of sister-in-laws, brother-in- laws, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Bob Turman.

Tay was a longtime member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union #4. He was a dedicated father, husband, brother, and son who loved his family very dearly, a job he absolutely enjoyed fulfilling. He always put others first and was the first person to help anyone in need without asking for anything in return. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time and making memories with his family, hunting, fishing and living life to the fullest. Everyone knew that if Tay was around it was always a good time and we're sure to have a good laugh.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Forest Hill East Cemetery 2440 Whitten Rd., Memphis, TN 38133.
