Teresa "Tere" Dillingham Woody, age 67, from Baldwyn, MS, passed away March 27, 2023.  She was daughter to the late George Seay Dillingham and Doris Thomas Dillingham.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ernest "Wayne" Woody.  Her brothers, George Seay Dillingham and Larry Dillingham.

She is survived by her sister, Janice Dillingham Schwarz;  and a wealth of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.  She was also graced with a very large circle of loving and caring friends.

Her visitation will be from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on Thursday, April 6 ^th . Burial will be at 10:00 am at Forest Hill Funeral Home, 2440 Whitten Road, Memphis, TN
