Hernando - Thurman E. Clifton, 63, beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at his home. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, June 16 at Forest Hill South, with visitation Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery. Mr. Clifton is retired from Vitran Express Truck Line and a member of Longview Heights Baptist Church. He leaves his beloved wife Patsy; three children, April Lynn Morton (Trey), Christy Marie Webster (Kenneth) and Thurman E. "Cliff" Clifton, Jr. (Amber), all of Southaven; three sisters: Joyce White of Southaven, Lois Marie "Pagey" Howell, of Memphis, Janette Jowers, of Brownsville, TN; two brothers, Thurman Haskell Clifton, Jr. and Gerald Clifton of Southaven; also 7 loving grandchildren. Memorials may be sent to Longview Heights Baptist Church of Olive Branch, MS.
