Timothy Ray Harper, 54, of Memphis, TN passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Methodist Germantown Hospital. Mr. Harper was born in Memphis, TN. He was a graduate of Oakhaven High School in Memphis, and worked as a plumbing inspector for Shelby County. Tim loved the outdoors and could often be found spending his free time fishing with friends and family.  Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Eva Mae Harper, and older brother, Danny L. Harper. His legacy lives on with his sons, Christopher Harper (Emily) of Memphis, TN and Cody Harper of Tuscaloosa, AL; five siblings, Terry Harper (Cindy) of Walls, MS, Connie Inman (John), Judy Jeter (Tim), Michael Harper all of Memphis, TN, and Tina Emerson (Ben) of Arlington, TN; and one grandson, Charlie Harper (son of Chris and Emily).
