Troy Tucker was born September 6, 1941, in Sheffield AL to the late Woodrow and Syble Tucker. Troy was a retired Journeyman Carpenter for TVA Carpenters Local 345, Memphis and Tri-State Carpenter of Chattanooga, TN. Troy was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. He was also a member of First Baptist Church Southaven.

Troy enjoyed the outdoors,  hunting, fishing, gardening, flowers and of course his beloved family and cats.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Florence, his three children: Troy Glenn,  Christopher, and Mark Tucker, one sister, Renea Sartin, nine grandchildren,  12 great grandchildren,  and one great-great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Gina L. Tucker and his sister,  Susan Cowan.

Troy passed away at his home on August 7, 2022. Funeral services will take place at First Baptist Church Southaven, with visitation from 1:00-2:00, with  service following. Burial will be at Forest Hill South, in Memphis,  TN.
