Trudie Gaye Bone passed away surrounded by loved ones on July 24, 2025.

Trudie was the very definition of selflessness. Trudie found pleasure in helping others. She not only dedicated her time to loving family, but anyone in need.  She was a devoted wife, mother to her children and 4 others that she took pride in raising.

Trudie was preceded in death by one son Rick Childress; three brothers, Jerry Lancaster, Ray Dean Lancaster, and Johnny Lancaster.

She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Roger Bone; one son, Rodney Childress; three sisters, Barbara Lancaster, Loretta and Annette; six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
