Vada Doris Holland, 90, of Bolivar, TN, born on March 7, 1925, passed away March 13, 2015. Vada Doris was preceded in death by her husband Herbert H. Holland. She is survived by their six children, Tommy H., Robert A., Willie I., Patsy Ruth Goudy, Russell W., John C. Vada Doris had 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
She made a caring home for her family and helped her husband in their family business. She worked and worshiped with the Bolivar Church of Christ where she was a faithful member. Visitation will be held Monday, March 16, 2015 at 12:00 noon, with the funeral and burial at 2:00 p.m. Services will be held at Forest Hill South Funeral Home, 2585 E. Holmes Road, Memphis, TN. David Looney friend and former preacher for the Bolivar Church of Christ will be officiating.
