Velma Louise Clay (Huckaba), 86, of Cordova, TN, went to be with the Lord on April 1, 2016. She retired from Kraft Hinds Foods and was a member of the Eastern Star and Kensington Baptist Church. Mrs. Clay was preceded in death by her husband, William Bedford Clay; daughter, Dianna Lynn Whitehurst; parents, Cloyd and Annie Huckaba; and brother, Wayne Huckaba. She is survived by her four sisters, Louvenia Waddill, Ruth Deaviser, Florine Turnage, Wanda Fisher, three nieces and seven nephews. Visitation will be 9 a.m. until service begins at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 7 at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park, East with interment following. Donations may be mad to the Alzheimer''s Association.
