Our truly beloved mother, Velma Lucille (Sudduth) Cox, 101, peacefully went to our Lord on April 02, 2017. She was born on July 25, 1915 in Attala County, Kosciusko, MS. She was predeceased by her husband, Burley Herman Cox, and her three sons, Jimmy Gene Cox, Jerry Herman Cox, and Carl Everett Cox and spouse Betty. Velma is survived by her daughter, Jearline Cox Sewell McGaugh, George William Cox and spouse Kathy, and Larry Wayne Cox Sr. and spouse Vickie. She was loved by her many grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and many great-great grandchildren. Family and friends will gather to share memories 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, followed by services at 10:00 a.m., at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park - South Chapel.
