Venita Elizabeth Miller Brinkley (formerly Caillouet), 91, of Millington, TN, died on October 10, 2014, surrounded by family, following a long illness. She was the loving mother of Richard Wayne "Dick" Caillouet of Atlanta, Mrs. Patricia Lynn (Charles) Saleeby of Millington, Denise Marie Caillouet of Memphis, and stepdaughter, JoAnn (Glenn) Gupton of Brighton. She also leaves behind three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was a successful business and civic leader, with numerous awards including Woman of the Year honors. She was a devoted Christian and lifelong member of First Baptist Church in Millington. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 14 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with family receiving friends an hour prior. Donations in lieu of flowers should be made to the American Cancer Society or Charity of choice.
