Verle Lloyd Pilant was born August 2 , 1929 in Kansas to Arley and Leola P ilant . H e graduated to Heaven March 3 , 20 21 . H is 91 years of life have been a role model to thousands of children, adults , and family as a devoted man of God, who was faithful to the very end. Verle was uniquely blessed with G od given professional musical skills as a wonderful vocalist . H e was married to Marjorie Pilant for 5 7 years and together they served the Lord in music ministry until her passing in March 2006 .

H e leaves h is three s ons and their wives: Gary and Donna Pilant, Douglas and Brenda Pilant, and Gregory and Debe Pilant. In addition , he had eleven g randchildren: Angela Pilant, Aundrea Whalen, RaChelle Breedlove (Ben), Garrison Pilant (Brittany) , Gavin Pilant (Kim), Landon Pilant (Tracie), Jensen Pilant (Brooke), Garret Pilant, Amber Franklin (Chris), Grey Pilant, and Jordan Pilant. Also, he had twenty-one g reat grandchildren .

The service will be Sunday, March 14, 2021 at 2:30 with visitation beginning at 1:30 prior to the service at Faith Baptist Church, 3755 N. Germantown in Bartlett , TN.
