Virgie Carolyn Green, born Sept 21, 1936, passed away on June 24, 2025.

"Granny/ Nana" lived 88 years after a long battle with an illness. She was loved by anyone that she met and was a wonderful neighbor to all in her building. She was never without candy in her bowl, for anyone who needed a treat. She loved puzzles, word searches and visiting with others. Anyone who met Virgie knew she was a good and kind mom to all. She was a testament to "Do unto others as you would have them do to you" no one ever left her house without a hug and a sweet smile.

Virgie leaves to cherish her memory: Maurica and Dennis Needham, their children Craig Carrie with 2 children, Justin and Kassandra with 4 children, Erin and John with 5 children, Anna and Steven Slater with 2 children, Jennifer and Tim Lipper, their children, Tamra and Jeff with 3 children, Julie and Tony with 2 children, Bobby Lee Green, Jr. has preceded her in death, his children Jake with 3 children, Kimberly and Josh Castner with1 child, Cynthia and Donald Gray with 3 children, Donald Gray , Jr. and Barbara with 3 children, Charlene and Terry with 3 children with one grandchild, Allison and Matt with 2 children with 4 grandchildren, Crystal with 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
