Virginia Buck of Bartlett, TN was born on August 26, 1932 in Burns, KS to Joseph and Wilna Ayers. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 22, 2024.

Virginia married Francis V. (Frank) Buck of Emporia, KS on September 1, 1950.

They celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary in 2020.

Virginia was a stay-at-home wife, mother, homemaker, and seamstress. She was preceded in passing by her loving husband of 71 years, Frank Buck.

She is survived by one sister, Hazel Stratton of Cameron, MO; three children, Jean Buck of Bartlett, TN, Lori (Michael) Washam of Plano, TX,  and Ron (Marsha) Buck of Centennial, CO;  five grandchildren, Brian (Carmen) Washam of Fort Worth, TX, Molly (Adam) Washam of Brooklyn, NY, Vernon Nicholson of Aurora, CO, Chasity (Adam) Stowell of Aurora, CO, and Ryan (Angela) Buck of Parker, CO; and three great grandchildren, Eden, Avery, and Faith Stowell.

Visitation will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, October 31, 2024 followed by service at 2:00pm, Forest Hill - East, 2440 Whitten Road, Memphis, TN 38133.
