Virginia Crockett Holden, 88, of Bartlett, TN, passed away on February 10, 2014. She had worked for Methodist Central Hospital, was a homemaker, caregiver and a member of Hunters Run Church of Christ. Mrs. Holden is survived by two daughters, Elaine Holden Davis and Gina Holden Mize, one sister Frankie Moore, nine grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 71 years, Elmer L. Holden, two daughters Donna Holden Price and Joan Holden Boyle, sister Lola Crockett Bernard, brother Ernest Lee Crockett, sons in law Utley Davis and Wallace Price. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, February 12 and service will be 12 p.m. Thursday, February 13 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with interment following. In lieu of flowers, the family request any memorials be sent to St. Jude Children''s Research Hospital or charity of the donor''s choice.
