Virginia Overton Taylor, 91, passed away at her home surrounded by love on July 30, 2023, in Olive Branch, MS. She was born in Bells, TN on June 12, 1932, to the parents Raymond and Virgie Overton. Virginia worked for the United States Department of Commerce for 30 years until she retired. She married the love of her life, Bobby G. Taylor, in Corinth, MS on April 7, 1950., from that union, two beautiful daughters were created. Virginia enjoyed working in her yard and spending time with her family. Virginia is preceded in death by her parents, as well as her husband. She is survived by her two daughters: Emily T. Melton and Patti Swope (Richard), as well as her grandchildren: John David and Melissa Melton and her great grandchildren: Sarah Grace and John Parker Melton.  Virginia will forever be in our hearts and we will miss her dearly.
