Wanda Jean King (Smith), 86, passed away peacefully on May 18, 2024. Wanda spent her lifetime working in the insurance and claims industry and supported her family each and every day. She loved her family, being around people, and was always reaching out and supporting others.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Smith Barnes (Stanley). Wanda is survived by her son, Robert King (Kristina), her daughter, Kathy King Thomas (Phil), grandchildren Jason King (Elizabeth), Brandi Thomas Fry (John), Sarah King Fox (Taylor), Blake Thomas (Jessica), and great grandchildren Addison, Wyatt, Wells, Paxton, Elliott, Riley, and Everett. She was also survived by her loving sister, Yvonne Smith Edmondson. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Methodist Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, Memphis, Tennessee, in her memory.
