Wayne Richard Cheney, 89, of Wynona, OK, passed away on January 1, 2016. He was born in St. Johnsbury, VT on July 20, 1926. He was a truck driver for 38 years. Mr. Cheney was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Earl Cheney and Georgia Grace Wheelock; and by three brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Elizabeth Cheney of Wynona, OK; daughter Karen Cheney Neff, Tolland CT; sons Wayne Charles Cheney, Ellington, IL; Bruce Cheney, Cincinnati, OH; Wyatt Cheney, Enfield, CT; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mr. Cheney will have a private entombment in Forest Hill East Mausoleum.
