Wayne Lowell Griffin, "Griff," resident of Collierville, TN, formerly of Memphis, peacefully departed this life and into the arms of his savior on November 17, 2021 at the age of 95. Griff loved God, his country, and his beloved bride of 77 years. He was a devoted father and doting "Paw Paw."

Griff served as a Marine in Guam during WWII and upon returning built a successful career in real estate investments and the homebuilding supply industry. He was an active member on the Memphis Board of Realtors. He retired in Olive Branch, MS for more than 30 years.

Griff was a member of Longview Baptist Church before becoming too disabled to attend. He faithfully worshipped from home alongside the Gaithers and his favorite church leaders for his remaining years.

Griff is survived by his wife, Mimi F. Griffin, two children, Mark Griffin (Nancy) of Collierville, TN and Jill Griffin of Bartlett, TN, three grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 22 at Forest Hill Funeral Home East on Kirby Whitten Rd. in Memphis. Visitation will be at 9:00 a.m. prior to services. Celebration of life will be led by John Longworth of Germantown Baptist Church.
