Wilbur A. Phillips, 78, passed away on November 12, 2019, in Memphis, TN.  He was a retired truck driver, a loving husband, and a hard worker.  He loved his kids, grandkids, animals and was always there to help anybody no matter what.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Sylvester and Mamie Phillips, and Wayne and Willard Phillips. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 43 years, Barbara Phillips, children, Brenda Baker (Chris), sons, Danny Phillips ( Linda), Ricky Phillips (Janice), Randy Phillips (Patty), Robert Phillips (Tina), and Woody Wright.  He had been blessed with 11 grandchildren; Courtney, Jessica, Tonya, Cody, Ricky, Nicole, Kim, Chelsea, Aaron, Kelsey, and Chris and 11 great grandchildren. Visitation with his family will be on Friday, November 15, 2019, from 1:00~2:00 pm with funeral service following at 2:00 pm at Forest Hill Funeral Home, Midtown on Elvis Presley Blvd.  901-382-1000
