WILFORD WHITLEY, 86, died June 7, 2014. He retired as a machinist at Schering Plough, was a member and deacon at Skyview Baptist and Crossroads Baptist churches and during WWII he served as a Medic in the Army. Visitation will be 12-2 p.m. Wednesday, June 11 with the Service following at 2 p.m. at Forest Hill East. Burial in Forest Hill East Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elsie Whitley and his parents, Georgia Whitley and Parrish Wilford Whitley, and two brothers. He is survived by daughter, Teresa Whitley Evans; a sister; grandchildren, Bridget, Abbey and Olivia and great-grandchildren, Kaelyn, Jackson, Georgia and Samuel.
