William Bedford Hart, Jr., WWII Veteran, and retired Captain with the Memphis Police Dept., died January 3, 2016 at the age of 91. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Mary Elizabeth Jones Hart; daughters, Cathey Hart Goodman (Mark) of Memphis; Judy Hart McMillen (James) of Bartlett; two sons, David Hart (Pam) of McDonough, GA and Paul Hart (Lesa) of Bartlett; nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Highland Heights Presbyterian Church, 2855 Morning Sun Rd, Cordova, TN 38016. Family and friends will gather to share memories 5-7 pm, Tuesday, January 5, 2016, with services at 10 am, Wednesday. Both will be at Forest Hill Funeral Home East location on Whitten Road.
