William "Bill" G. Frogge, 87, of Memphis, TN died Friday, August 24, 2012 at St. Francis Hospital/Memphis. He was a retired Law Enforcement Officer and agent in charge of the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission, a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, a member of the Bartlett Masonic Lodge and a WW II Army Air Corps veteran. Mr. Frogge is survived by his daughter, Evelyn Chabot of Bartlett, TN; son, William O. Frogge of Oakland, TN; grandchildren, Cortney and Darryl Chabot, Lauren, Lindsay and Madeline Frogge and one great-grandchild, Paiton. He is also survived by his brothers, James Frogge of San Diego, CA and Charles Frogge of FL. A memorial service will be held at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 28 at Forest Hill East Funeral home with a visitation at 4 p.m. before the service.
