William R. "Bill" Hill, Memphis, TN, 82, of Memphis went to be with the Lord on the morning of October 8 2015. Bill was an Air Force Veteran and retired from Roadway Express and Freeman Truck Lines. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen P. Hill; his children, Jimmy Hill (Pam), Shelia Hill, Hope Walker, Sonya Weston and Kathleen Pou (Kenny); grandchildren: Ketrin Mount (Josh), Meleiah Tyus (Brad), Adam Hill, Candace Walker, and Rebecca Talley; six great-grandchildren; his sisters: Jean Clark (Luther) and Carol Williams (Jim). He is preceded in death by his parents: Elton and Laura Hill, his brother, Bobbie Hill and by the mother of his children, Alta R. Hill. In lieu of flowers, please send all monetary contributions to Wings Cancer Foundation (The West Clinic) 100 N. Humphreys Blvd. Memphis, TN 38120. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, October 9, at Forest Hill South with service Saturday, October 10; at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Forest Hill South Cemetery.
