William Lee "Bill" Justice passed away on Friday, February 26, 2016 at his home in Millington, TN. Born August 4, 1945, Mr. Justice was retired from General Electric Lamp Plant and was a veteran of US Army. He was preceded in death by his father, Talmage Justice; his mother and step father, Geneva and J.W. Rodgers; and his sister, Virginia Guy. Bill is survived by two sons, Brooks Justice and Janie of Horn Lake, MS; and Kevin Justice and Jennifer of Memphis, TN. He also leaves behind five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Bill is also survived by two brothers, David Justice of Memphis, TN and Ken Justice of Cayce, MS. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday, February 29 and service 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 1 at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, East with interment following.
