Olive Branch - William Eugene "Bill" Ray, Jr., 59, passed away on February 15, 2015. Service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 19 at Forest Hill South with visitation Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery. Mr. Ray worked for CFI in Holly Springs, MS as a computer engineer. He was preceded in death by his father, William E. Ray, Sr. He leaves his parents: Russell, Sr. and Shirley Rast of Memphis; step-mother, Geneva Ray of Florence, AL; two sisters, Deborah Y. Silverman of Pelahatchie, MS and Vickie Poindexter of Memphis; two brothers, Thomas Coleman of Smyrna, TN and Russell Rast, Jr. of Jackson, TN and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
