William "Bill" Harold Horn, 79, of Arlington, TN, passed away on April 1st, 2019 at his home.  Mr. Horn honorably served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps and was retired from the U.S. Postal Service.  He was a member of Hickory Withe Baptist Church.  He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patsy Horn and one of his daughters, Lisa Rowsey.  He leaves behind one daughter Jackie Hensley and 2 grandsons Andrew Tutor and Scott Hensley.
