William Jackson "Jack" Pollard, 83, of Germantown, TN, went to be with the Lord on November 22, 2016. He was retired from Jackson Tire and Alignment and was an Army Veteran. Mr. Pollard was a longtime member of Central Church and more recently a member of Harvest Church. He liked horses, restoring old cars; and loved bragging on his grandchildren. He is survived by his loving wife, Geneva Whitehurst Pollard; daughters, Denise Parris and her husband, Benson, and Vicki Coolidge and her husband, Brad; brother, Boyd Pollard; sister, Betty Alford; grandchildren, Nathaniel Parris, Chandler Parris Lambert (Lewis), Austin Parris, Elijah Parris, Micah Parris and Caroline Coolidge. Mr. Pollard was preceded in death by his parents, Cletis and Ocull Pollard; brother, Lloyd Pollard and a grandchild, Noah Parris. Visitation will be 12 p.m. Friday, November 25 until service begins at 2 p.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, East with interment following. Memorials may be sent to the American Diabetes Association.
