William Arthur Marr, 79, of Memphis passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Memphis. Mr. Marr is a U.S. Army Veteran serving during the Korean War and is retired from the Speech and Hearing field. He is preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Pat Marr. He leaves a daughter, Stacey Edwards (Bryan) of Memphis; son, William Marr, Jr. (Mary) of Germantown; sister, Mary Hopkins; brother, Stanwood Marr (Colleen); three grandchildren, Bryan, Justin and Kurt Edwards and one great-granddaughter, Addison Edwards.
