William Marshall, Jr., 76 of Courtland, MS, passed away January 8, 2023.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Frances Ann Marshall; sons, William Marshall, III (Wendy) and Robin Marshall (Dawn); daughter, Tywla Ann Roach (Richard); sisters, Mary Helen Taylor (Paul) and Nina Sue Sullivan (Mike); 11 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Marshall, Sr. and Nina Mae Williamson Marshall.

William was a former member of Grace Christian Fellowship in Crossett, AR and a more recent member of Hosanna Family Worship Center in Pope, MS. He retired as a technician from Bemis Bag Company.

His hobbies included fishing and bowling, but he loved spending time with his family the most. He created many precious memories with his grandchildren and great grandchildren; memories of riding in the wagon behind the lawn mower and watching the wildlife on the property where he lived.
