Dr. William H. "Bill" McMinn was born on December 31, 1929 in Lexington, Tennessee and went to be with the Lord on December 4, 2014. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin and the University of Tennessee Dental School in Memphis. After serving in the Navy, he practiced dentistry in Memphis for 35 years. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 62 years, Bobbie J. Scott McMinn, his son, Pat McMinn of Louisville, Colorado, his daughter, Lisa McMinn of Austin, Texas, grandchildren, Brian, Meagan, and Logan and great grandson, Mason. He was a man of faith who was deeply dedicated to his church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made in his memory to Balmoral Baptist Church of Memphis. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday, December 8 at the church with family receiving friends an hour prior.
