William "Bill" Powell, Jr., 70 of Millington, passed away June 9, 2023.William was born in Boise, Idaho on March 24, 1953, and moved to Memphis, Tennessee after his time in the Military.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Brenda Powell; their two sons, Kevin Alan Powell and Darren Michael Powell; and many other family members.
William served honorably in The United States Army and The United States Navy. He retired after working 38 years at Memphis Light Gas and Water as a General Foreman.
He enjoyed fishing, but what he loved the most was the years he spent coaching basketball and baseball.
He was a loving husband and father, words can never express how much he was loved and how much he will be missed.
