William Neal Small was born November 16, 1954, to C. Neal and Amy Owens Small and died March 3, 2022. Bill was active in the sports of baseball, football, basketball, and others through years at Fairley High School and the University of Mississippi. His athletic accomplishments were recognized with a number of awards and team members became lifelong friends. upon graduation from the University of Mississippi Law School, Bill practiced law in Memphis for many years.

He is predeceased by his father, C. Neal Small, and sister, Mary Marie (Mimi) Johns. He is survived by his mother, Amy Owens, of Olive Branch, MS and a host of cousins and friends from many places who cherish great memories of many shared experiences.
