William W. "Woody" Baker, Jr., 65, passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Memphis. Service will be 2 p.m. Monday, January 5, 2015 at Forest Hill South with visitation starting at 12 noon. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery. Mr. Baker was an U.S. Army Veteran and retired from AT&T. Woody is preceded in death by a daughter, Erin Baker and his father, William W. Baker, Sr. He leaves his wife, Pam Baker; two children: Tracey Mays of Southaven and Trip Baker of Pope, MS; his mother, Laverne Baker and sister, Linda Denley both of Pope, MS; brother, Alvin Baker of Memphis and 3 grandchildren: Mollie, Anna and Kolby. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be sent to Baddour Center at 626 Baddour Boulevard, Senatobia MS, 38668.
