Maxine Crego, 85, of Bartlett, entered Heaven on August 11, 2023 at Baptist Reynolds Hospice House.  Mrs Crego was retired from Graceland where she worked for 20 years in accounting.  It was a dream job she loved since she was a huge Elvis fan!  If she was not in the kitchen making her family's favorite cornbread or Pork Green Chili she was in the garden where she grew numerous vegetables and flowers.  She was preceded in death by her husband, William (Bill) Crego.  She is survived by her daughters, Teresa (Steve) Williams, Joanne Crego and Lisa Northcott; six grandchildren, Nathan (Tina) Reap, Adam (Lindsey) Reap, Chelsi (Clay) Carruth, Dalton Northcott, Dylan (Kayrah) Northcott and Alexis Wells; and seven great-grandchildren.

A private graveside service will be held at Forest Hill East Funeral Home on Thursday, August 17. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Alzheimer's Association or Baptist Reynolds Hospice House.
