Wilma Kidd Huffman "Tiny" was born on Tuesday June 28, 1921 in Burlison, TN. She was the first born of nine kids to Lemuel James Kidd and Annie Mae Kidd. She was raised in the Walnut Grove Cumberland Presbyterian church that her father helped build. Mrs. Wilma Huffman was baptized on the 5th Day of January 1958 at the Frayser Baptist Church in Memphis; TN. Mrs. Huffman was a Registered nurse at the University of Tennessee Cancer Clinic in Memphis until her retirement. She was also a faithful member of the Kingsville Baptist Church. Mrs. Wilma went to be with her Savior on Saturday May 9, 2015 at the age of 93. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Farris Huffman and siblings S.A Kidd, L.J. Kidd, Becky Welch, Ann McCommon, Velma Bradshaw and Kathyrn Wood. Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, David F. Huffman and wife, Rita, Freddie W. Huffman and wife, Susan, Dwight L. Huffman and wife, Judy; brothers, Wayne Kidd and Billy Kidd; seven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 16 from 12 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m., all at Forest Hill Funeral Home on Whitten Road.
