It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Red Norman, who left us on February 24, 2025, at the age of 77. Born on March 19, 1947, Red was a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend, whose kindness and generosity left a lasting impact on all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents Herb & Freda Norman, sister Barbara, nephew Christopher, granddaughter Natalie, great-granddaughter Avery, and his wife Martha.

Red's memory lives on with his daughter Cindy Reagan; sister Janet, nephews Coupe, Kevin; stepchildren Eddie, Ronnie, Shelley; his grandchildren Clay, Steve, Lisa, JJ, Austin, Blake, Leslie, Josh, Travis, Kristen, Hannah, Hunter, Britney, Justin; and his relative's spouse and children.

Red spent most of his life working with his hands. His early life was spent farming with his parents and siblings in Atwater, Ohio. He was called to action during the Vietnam War where he was a mechanic for the United States Air Force. After the war, he traveled building bowling alleys in many cities across the United States. After marrying Martha, Red settled down in Desoto County, MS where he worked till retirement at Cotton Bowl Lanes. He spent his retirement with his family as well as his local social clubs, the American Legion and the VFW.

Red lived a full and meaningful life, characterized by his dedication to family and community. He was known for his warm spirit, hardworking nature, and quiet strength. Throughout his life, he provided unwavering love and support to his family, always putting their needs before his own. Whether it was offering a listening ear, sharing a word of wisdom, or simply spending time with those he loved, Red's presence was a steady and comforting force. He was a man of integrity, loyalty, and humility, and his passing leaves a void that will be deeply felt by those fortunate enough to have known him.
