Winford "Dean" Thomas, 84, of Olive Branch, MS went to be with the Lord Wednesday July 27, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Chesley and QBell Thomas; daughter, Linda Loudermilk; and 4 brothers: Troy, Roy, J.C., and Leighton. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Hazel Thomas; granddaughter, Jennifer Thompson (William); great-grandchildren: Bradley Loudermilk and Brooklynn Thompson; sister, Omie Tutor; and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Thomas was deacon and Sunday School teacher at Broadway Baptist Church in Southaven. He served our country in the US Army during the Korean War. A visitation will be held at Broadway Baptist Church on Saturday July 30, 2016 from 11-1 pm with a funeral service at 1:00. Interment will follow at Forest Hill, South on Holmes Rd.
